One desk is €250 per month. The meeting room (from €15/h) and the event venue (from €100/h) are booked separately. Tell us when you want to start and we'll show you around.

Questions
How much does coworking in Kalasatama cost at M8S?
A coworking desk at M8S Hub costs €250 per month. The meeting room and the event space are booked separately.
Can I rent a desk for just one day?
Yes. Hot desks can be booked by the day on Spacent, at least one day in advance.
What is included with a desk?
Wi-Fi, a printer, the shared kitchen and the lounge, every day from 7:00 to 24:00.
When is the hub open?
Every day from 7:00 to 24:00, weekends included.
Can I book the meeting room too?
Yes. The meeting room for 8 is available from €15 per hour or €100 per day.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is free outdoor street parking next to the Redi shopping centre for up to 24 hours, about 3 minutes on foot from the hub. This is the parking outside Redi, not the Redi garage. There is also free 2-hour parking across the bridge.
How do I get a desk?
Send a request through the contact form on m8s-hub-a.shop or email owner-a@vaaramail.shop, and we'll invite you to see the hub. For single days, book a hot desk on Spacent.
How to find us
M8S Hub & Studio, Arielinkatu 16, 00540 Helsinki, in the Kalasatama district. Kalasatama metro station and the Redi shopping centre are a short walk away, and buses stop nearby. Free outdoor parking next to Redi (outside, not the garage) for up to 24 hours, about 3 minutes on foot. Parking on the map.
