The space
The M8S event venue is a light-filled space with a lounge, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and separate areas for presentations, networking and meetings. It holds up to 40 people standing or 30 seated.
Bring your own food and drinks, or ask us to arrange catering. Cleaning and photo or video services are available as extras. Need a smaller room too? The meeting room for 8 is in the same hub.

How much does it cost to rent the event venue?
From €100 per hour or €400 per day. Cleaning, catering and photo or video services are extra. Send us your date and guest count for an exact quote.
Can I book the venue by the hour?
Yes. Hourly rates start at €100, and a full day starts at €400. The hub is open every day from 7:00 to 24:00, so evening and weekend events are possible.
Can I host a birthday or Christmas party here?
Yes. The venue hosts birthdays, private parties and Christmas parties for up to 40 guests, with a kitchen, a lounge, a dining area and a light sound system.
What equipment does the venue have?
Wi-Fi, a projector and screen, a large display, a light sound system, a microphone, video conferencing, a flipchart and whiteboard and a printer. There is also a guest kitchen with tableware.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes. Your own food and drinks are allowed, and we can arrange catering on request.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is free outdoor street parking next to the Redi shopping centre for up to 24 hours, about 3 minutes on foot from the hub. This is the parking outside Redi, not the Redi garage. There is also free 2-hour parking across the bridge.
